Return Policy for Televisions Only
Televisions are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset.
Return of New Items
sswiwi allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. (Exception for Televisions see policy above) You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. If the item was shipped for free then the actual shipping cost incurred by sswiwi for shipment to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. Please email [email protected] for a return authorization number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Must have the original manufacturer packing for the return.
